All in all - had a fun filled 1 night stay. Really enjoyed the way our a nice size standard queen room in kitchen sink of unit dripping was arranged. The location of the hotel was central, next to Picton, Also close to the dog park and the ferry terminal. The service was terrific, we felt welcome.
We didn't like the bed, it was quite hard.

the hotel was a comfortable place for enjoying a relaxing area. the location is great, right next to a late ferry, the center of town, and a viewpoint on the hill. 3. the standard double room we stayed in was newly renovated. 4. the electric kettle and fridge in the room worked well.

Location: the hotel was close to the port, shops and the park. There were central heating, tea and coffee making facilities, and a seating area in the room, enjoyed that. The staff was really helpful in any situation.

Title: Great value for a comfortable stay
The only improvement I would suggest for a better vacation for senior people is to have more assistance available from the staff. While the children working there were friendly and helpful, having additional support for older guests would have been beneficial.

Stayed for a night; it was lovely. the staff were friendly and gave good tips. the place is just a short stroll to a stream behind the cabin, and it's also near a dog park 🐕.

The cabin was conveniently located near the city center with a stream right behind it, and everything was within close reach.

Stayed at Alexanders Holiday Park and had a unique experience in a converted tramcar. the room was clean and had all the basics needed, like a toaster and jug for tea/coffee. It was a bit chilly at night and there was no extra blanket, but it was only a short stay. the location was convenient and budget-friendly, especially for those arriving on the ferry. Nice walks nearby and friendly wekas added to the charm. a basic but adequate stay in a retro campsite.
Nothing, it was perfect! 🌟

I was upgraded to a stylish room that had movies available. the room had an electric kettle, refrigerator, and oven, which were very convenient. the staff was helpful, excellent, and resolved any issues I had. the central location was a definite plus. I easily reached Antica Trattoria Rosemary, which was only a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. It was easy to get to the train station as it was close to the venue.

I thoroughly enjoyed the charming decorations throughout the hotel. The cozy sitting areas and beautiful artwork made me feel right at home. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was excellent, with well-maintained ramps and handrails, making it easy for me to navigate around the property.
It would have been even better if there were more activities or entertainment options specifically tailored for senior guests.
